?So today Oprah and Bono announced Project (RED). This is a collection of companies that are cooperating to help fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria in Africa. Many of the proceeds from the sales of specially designed products will go to The Global Fund. I really like the idea of channeling funds that would normally be used for profit and diverting those resources towards real needs in the world.
