VANTAGE POINT
LEADERSHIP TRAINING STARTS THIS SUNDAY!!! Students Grades 9-12 THE FIRST MEETING IS THIS SUNDAY, OCTOBER 8 DURING LATE
SERVICE IN WALTER'S OFFICE Vantage Point is for students who
want to take their faith to the next level. It is about becoming a servant
of others instead of the served. It is about becoming the kind of leader
the Jesus wants you to be. This might be an in-front of people kind of
leader as well as a "behind the scenes" kind of leader. Vantage Point is
about developing the different skills that help you further your walk with
Jesus. We meet about twice a month for ministry and skills training,
planning ministry events, and praying together for the student ministry.

BECOME A
BARISTA! The Espresso Mission Ministry is in need of volunteers to
help with the ministry. If you are interested in training to help with
this ministry and can commit to serving between assembly and class times once a
month, or to arriving before first assembly to set up the machines (5 minutes
time), or to organizing consumables (coffee and cups); please contact either Bob Stone
or Nikole Nichols to schedule training session(s).
This ministry has raised
thousands of dollars for various missions over the last 3 years; and will
participate fully in the current "Made in the Streets" fundraising. It is
also an important part of our Guest Ministry. If you cannot commit to
serving; then please consider ministering with your generous contribution for
espresso drinks, hot chocolate, or tea. 100% of your donation goes to
mission funding; since the supplies are donated to the ministry
