Conversion Experience:

I was born January 10, 1980, in a Hindu family in Chhattisgarh, India. Entrenched in the traditions of Hinduism, I worshipped many gods and goddesses. As a part of our religious custom, I used to visit temple to perform animal sacrifice and sought blessings from our deities. Besides, I celebrated all the festivals with religious fervor.

I was leading a sinful life. During my school days I befriended bad guys who motivated me to enjoy the worldly pleasures. To satiate my flesh, I started to consume drugs. This gradually caused much struggle in my life, and I found it hard to live without intoxicants even for a single day. As days passed by, when I was in my normal state of mind, I began to feel guilty of my worldly indulgence.

Meanwhile, I was afflicted with a certain sickness. The various medical treatments that I underwent failed to cure me. There was no hope left for my survival, and in my desperate condition, I decided to end my life. It was during this time that I happened to meet a pastor who shared the Word with me and prayed for my healing. Amazingly, I started to recover.

I developed a faith in Jesus and began to trust in Him continuously. As a result, in the following days, I was completely healed. With a heart of gratitude, I began to attend church regularly and heard the Gospel messages. As the Word convinced me of my need for the Savior, I asked Jesus to forgive my sins and received Him as my personal Savior. Later, in obedience to His commandment, I underwent the waters of baptism.

Unfathomable peace filled my heart when Christ became my Master. To know Him more, I spent time in prayer and meditation. Furthermore, I grew spiritually as I continually participated in spiritual activities. Transformed into a new creation, my heart was gripped with a passion to share God's love with people who are perishing eternally. When I was confirmed of the divine calling, I enrolled in a Gospel For Asia Bible school to study the Word profoundly and be equipped for the glorious ministry.

Present Ministry:

The Lord is enabling me to propagate His love to the unreached Hindus in Chhattisgarh, India. As an evangelist, I share the Good News personally, visit houses, hold home-prayer meetings, distribute Gospel tracts and also involve in church-planting work.

Please pray for me that I may fulfill God's plan to expand His kingdom.
