View Article  Can't do 15 minutes?
Maybe you can't read your bible for 15 minutes a day.  Maybe you are just that busy.  How about 2 minutes than?  surely you can find 2 minutes out of your day to read the Bible.  Here is an idea.  Put your Bible where your toothbrush is.  Then when you are brushing your teeth, read your Bible at the same time.  Dentists say you are supposed to brush for a good two minutes.  Why not multitask at the same time?  Or for those of you who have to blowdry your hair, read while you are drying your hair.  Start in the Gospel of John if you want to good starting palce to read.  Then read Luke and Acts.  Those are great starting places if you are just reading the Bible for the first time.

If you can't give 15 minutes, give two.  You have two in you don't you?

View Article  1%=15 Minutes a Day
Have you ever broken your day down to percentages?  For example, if you sleep 8 hours a day, that is 33% of your day.  If you watch 2.5 hours of television that is 10% of your day.  but think about this one:
If you read your Bible for only 15 minutes a day, that is only 1% of your day!  One percent!

Now I have heard and used a lot of excuses for not reading the Bible, omost of them deal with being too busy.  But 15 minutes isn't that hard to find in a person's day.  Can't we give God at least 1% of our day?  After all, He gave us the entire day.
